Thinking:If you think you are beaten, you are
If you think you dare not, you don’t,
If you like to win, but you think you can’t
It is almost certain you won’t.If you think you’ll lose, you’re lost
For out of the world we find,
Success begins with a fellow’s will
It’s all in the state of mind.If you think you are outclassed, you are
You’ve got to think high to rise,
You’ve got to be sure of yourself before
You can ever win a prize.Life’s battles don’t always go
To the stronger or faster man,
But soon or late the man who wins
Is the man WHO THINKS HE CAN!―
The winner takes it all

12 Nov“Let the first act of every morning be to make the following resolve for the day:
– I shall not fear anyone on Earth.
– I shall fear only God.
– I shall not bear ill will toward anyone.
– I shall not submit to injustice from anyone.
– I shall conquer untruth by truth. And in resisting untruth, I shall put up with all suffering.”

I hope the festival of lights brings some cheer when part’s of the world is steeped in suffering. I find war unconscionable and pray for a humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza. I don’t think things are right, just or fair. More than 60% of people who died in middle east are children, women and elderly. What kind of world is this? Where is your favorite guru?
I do hope for a ceasefire. Will my words have any effect? I believe when many hands come together the universe will find a voice or a larger echo. The butterfly effect. I hope so.
One goes through same struggles of mind, body and existence. I think life is evolutionary it really gets difficult when we don’t evolve with the situation. Stasis is not good. Every day is Day 1. How old are you this Diwali? Day 1.
I hope a new statesman emerges – beyond right, left or center or may be there is secret awareness among nation – states or some blocs. Something. To stop this bloodshed.
I wish you happiness and health. Think about people who are suffering.
Happy Diwali!
Sincerely, Suresh
