“Above all, do not lose your desire to walk. Everyday, I walk myself into a state of well-being & walk away from every illness. I have walked myself into my best thoughts, and I know of no thought so burdensome that one cannot walk away from it. But by sitting still, & the more one sits still, the closer one comes to feeling ill. Thus if one just keeps on walking, everything will be all right.”
― Soren Kierkegaard

This is so very true. I love walking and have always walked through and away from troubles. At the least it tires you and makes your worries smaller. Palatable. You can do something about it. My friend and me shared this habit and we would go for long walks. Now I walk alone.

Today morning as was coming back from walk saw my brother on the road walking. I felt happy. When meet my brother on the road walking. I realised am successful. I came home and my mother gave me tea and told me ” I am going for a walk downstairs.”. When my brother and mother go for a walk. I feel happy and successful.

I actually ran today. As long as stick to a personal routine : chant, walk, read or run. Something. I feel content and yes when see my mother and brother walking feel happy and successful. It has taken a long time to get there. Keep walking my friends and smiling 🙂

Have a good day!

Love, Suresh
