Bright good girl:

Bright good girl:

Once upon a time

When time was young

Girls were girls

Boys were boys

Air was clean

And school everything

She was light

Bright,beautiful, sublime

Those times

Everything was fair

We had parents

We had teachers

We had promise

No judgements

Benign hope

She was light

Bright,beautiful, sublime

Times pass by

Years roll by

Segregation of world

seeps in by and by

You become a man

She becomes a woman

A new world created

You drift apart

Teachers drift apart

You remember..

She was light

Bright,beautiful, sublime

The world has many

Manifestations and logic

Some times difficult

Some times nice

Mostly incomprehensible

You wonder this & that

But you remember..

She was light

Bright,beautiful, sublime

As for myself

Seeking love and light

Learnt good suffer

Sensitive suffer

Sweetest nectar

Harbors greatest pain

Such is the lot of the world

May be good needs to become better

May be the nectar needs to becomes sweeter

May be they are meant to be custodian of good

May be they are god’s chosen children

I don’t know , but you remember..

She was light

Bright,beautiful, sublime

Then comes a time

God is kind to show you a mirror

You realize..

Indeed She is light

Bright,beautiful, sublime..

I dedicate this to nicest girl from my childhood. For she is truly light. Bright, beautiful, sublime..

Good night dear friends! Hope you have a nice day! Thank you!

This is truly amazing. I am spellbound by the poetry. You have a natural gift and a way with words. Keep it up.
