New World Heritage Sites : National Geographic

I like many have been a fan of National Geographic magazine since school days , loved the big glossy magazine and could only browse through same in school libraries as the price point was beyond my  means 🙂

I love photo journalism and this article has stunning pictures of five new world heritage sites selected by UNESCO World Heritage Committee. They are Mount Etna ( Sicily, Italy),Xianjiang Tianshan mountain range ( China),Tajik National Park ( Tajkistan),El Pinacate and Gran Desierto de Altar Biosphere Reserve ( Mexico) and Namib Sand Sea ( Namibia)

The article carries a brief about above sites and also details selection criteria for world heritage sites, hope you like the pictures as much as i did 🙂 Thank you friends!
